Scott's Log Cabin in Michigan

"Here are some pics of the log cabin I built. The cabin is 22.0' x 38.0'. I hand cut about 24 cord of red pine. I have been working on it since 2001. I almost have it completed. I built it myself and usually work on it on the weekends. The cabin is 127 miles from my home. Nothing less than 5 inches across the flats. My alaskan chainsaw mill fits right on it. I used perma chink energy seal between the logs, with valspar log home finish. I am currently working on the inside, as the outside is pretty much done, except for window molding."—Scott, Crystal Falls, Michigan
